W.V.S for windows7 by ~lypnjtu has originally been a GUI Championship entry in 2008 and has now been updated to windows 7. it is streamlined to the tinyest bit and quite exceptional in both style and design while still being highly functional. for those who'd like the vista version, check out ~lypnjtu's gallery for the original GUIC2008 entry.
