Night's potion reference. I didn't want to go back and redo his other ref. -_-

So! It's a combination of icefinger, fieldflower, and goldwing potions.
Gives him bird wings. They are black and white. The black parts have white fawn speckling, and the white feathers have turquoise peafowl speckles.
Breathes in warm air, breathes out freezing air. the temperature around him is freezing cold, riders and horses advised! His nostrils have a constant flow of chilly air, as well as around his wings and through his tail.
Instead of leaving a path of flowers, he leaves a path of ice crystals and slippery ice.
