My name is Melissa. I have been on DA for 14 years. I am just an amateur photographer and although I do not have a very large gallery on DA I always try to take some shots when the time allows. As you can see if you have looked through my gallery that photos of mannequins are a major interest of mine and of course some nature shots. I am also a big bird lover. I do also enjoy favoring the artwork and photography of the many talented and professional members here on DeviantArt. I get on DA daily because it is a good place for me to connect with some of my very close friends that I have come to know here on this website. In 2016 I finally received a Daily Deviation for one of my mannequin photos. I been waiting a long time for that. It was like a dream I have had for some time. GeorgeXVIII nominated me for the award. I can't tell anyone how exciting this was for me. It's an honor that I feel everyone needs to experience. There isn't much more I can say about myself but as you get to know mw you will know that I have a very gentle and caring heart

2016 was a very good year for me on DeviantArt. I was awarded my very first Daily Deviation in January which made me deliriously happy. And then towards the end of the year I received an Angels Without Wings Award. which was presented by Andorada which I am so thankful for because a very lovely friend here on PaMonk suggested me for one. So that was another awesome surprise. Thank you my dearest friend. I am also grateful for all the attention I received from other DA members, that featured my works in their journals when I received the award. So I am now proudly displaying their stamp here
