Sorry for been dead, I was dying :)

Never mind that, here's the 2nd piece of my little mini project. The focus on this piece was on small designs and 80% of it was done in Gpens to give that amazing watercolour look to the crystals. The cluster on the chest is lacking in depth because it was difficult to replicate, but I tried. Also added in a simple rock structure to start practicing on more simple landscapes.

I need to practice more on drawing wyverns..

I wish I put more work in it, but hey, there's always Aquamarine to try out some stuff!

Glad you're not dead.

Concerning depth on the chest, some advice I would like to give is add little discrepancies in the flatness of the chest, making it jaggedy and bumpy in some areas. Don't overdo that, though. It's really easy to overdo those type of things. Different lightings on different parts of crystals can also really sell a look of depth.

I like this drawing nonetheless. I especially like the wings and how they have some sort of opacity the show the blue background. I think. Rocks look okay, but there is something wrong about them for me that I would rather not into depth right now. Ask if you're interested.

im gonna go ultra-critique on your future works if you would want me to

I'm okay with that.

But thanks!

The chest crystal reminds me of something like these.

Might be the reason why it looks flat and smooth.

I was sorta thinking about those amethyst rock formations that are found by breaking rocks open. That's what I thought when I read "depth." Maybe I'm wrong, though.

You may be right, i only just noticed that part of the description myself.

Woah, you drew a Wyvern! :D They've always been one of my favourite fantasy creatures, ever since i watched the Lord of The Rings movies. Where dragons can look noble, wyverns always looked sinister to me.

I also like the use of crystal on the wyvern, I've never seen them used that way before.

Another beautiful gemseries. Though I have to question the practicality of gem wings
