Sara grew up in Hollywood, California with a strong connection to Disney Imagineering via family and graduated with a BFA in Sequential Art from Savannah College Of Art & Design. Sara has been working professionally in the Themed Entertainment industry (Theme parks!) for over 5 years as an illustrator, designer, story, and character artist.
Her background with Imagineering family members, living abroad, and her keen interest in various cultures helps her create believable environments & designs. Sara worked in the horse industry many years as a trainer, teacher, and groom, so she's often drawing horses (both mythical and imaginary) in between all her other concepts.
