Pokemon Species: Rotom

New Move: Bug Buzz

New Strengths: Speed stats have skyrocketed, allowing for easy evasion of physical attacks. Naturally can float in the air, but digital wings project her faster, making it harder to catch. Her Special Attack has also increased.

New Weaknesses: The massive increase in speed tends to be more than what she can handle; occasionally she'll crash into something because of an inability to stop and/or turn on time, the impact often enough to reel her for an extra moment or two before finally getting back up again. The increase in speed also tends to give a vertigo-like effect, causing her to land and pause for a little after a while. This, in addition to her low Defence and HP, create a wide opening for an attack to hit, and if it were physical, could give some real damage. Her Attack has also been lowered, though not to the same level as her Defence and HP; her Special Defence remains the same.

- Battle Theme: Echo - English Cover (AmaLee/dj-Jo)

- Design meant to look cyberspace-like; also went with a glitch like effect to reference her nickname

- Idea for design based off of her hobby of computer/internet surfing

- Height remains the same at 5"01/5"04 (latter is more common since she'll be levitating most of the time)

- No mouth; she can't really talk in this form rip

- Green wings for bug type

- Hexagonal eyes like flies; actual eye is inside

- Little pixel squares burst out of her plasma at times; for a reference look up "pixel love blade" from the fruit ninja game

- Arms/hands larger; hot white plasma shows better

- If she were to find a way to communicate, her voice would be slightly more robotic/slightly two-toned

- Electric occasionally ends up making a flickering static effect, like this

She looks so cute, with her flower-like eyes, and her pixel wings. So cute.

And I also love how you referenced fruit ninja's Pixel Love blade. She's so cute.
