Ah Cerian and Melody. Perhaps it was in their nature to contest with each other, or perhaps they were simply fated to do battle. In any case, both students knew that if they were to show off what they'd honed during their respective times at Yarelts, they'd have to face each other in order to truly give a demonstration. It was meant to be a simple sparring match how viewed by Randall himself in which the two magic users would pit their respective talents against each other; Cerian's skill as a Spell-Sword versus Melody's skill as an Elemental. But that simple sparring became much more as the two felt the rush of a worthy opponent facing off against each other. With wind and flame clashing against each other, who knows which will come out on top? The one who holds the name of his clan, or the one who's trained in order to avoid losing another?
