“And now, they’re seeking to communicate with the Stellae?! Are they MAD?!” The call reached through the very halls, one of the higher guards of the Devoted walking past the vexxils who were trying to nap in their current crook of a building, not having found a safe enough spot for the both of them to live in. “We need to tighten our patrols, and focus everything on that one trail they found…” The guard’s voice slowly grew muted to the two siblings, who looked at each other. At first, after hearing the news of a tunnel far up in the volcanic island, Ahote grew to be a little curious, but not curious enough to actually venture out there in order to find and observe the ongoing mission of scouring the strange cavern on his own, due to being far too invested in the misty ‘dragons’ that he’d recently learned about. The towering pillars of ice that released such hypnotizing smoke had him in their grasp. …However, when he learned of a new companion called Artemis and her pack living there, along with the massive mushroom grove and strange creatures called Gryphons, as he believed the other Tokos called them, he couldn’t help but grow immensely curious.
