Beatiful work on her

I must say; while this piece is rather old by today's standards. Its one whose presence hasn't fully been absolved. The majestic droplets disperse a sense of delicate downpour dually designed with a firm fixation on the elements. It has really ascertained me to see such talent lives on with its presentation. The way her eyes glow with mischief and delight; encapsulating that rebellious side we love so dearly. The way her eyelids twinkle with mystery and her mane shrieks scrutiny being abolished; with its dark blue saturation, really setting the tone of her eventual rehoming within the moon. The rain effects form a border of epic revelation and her revolutionary antics; both professional and informal, are gravely mish-mashed well here.

In other words, I'm talking a load of over the top bullocks to say; I really find this piece a valuable Luna presentation. :)

Good work!

This is a very nice rendition of My Little Pony I love the texturing on the body and water droplets as they cascade off of her while the hair brings an essence magic and beauty to an already colorful bliss of eye candy.I love the way background is blurred giving a lot more focus on the character. and the subtle design additions place on the hooves of a crown shape blending with the theme of the crown that she's wearing on her head. The stance is very strong and majestic giving a sense of strong feminine prowess.

Magnificent work all around and a real pleasure to behold. Keep up the great work!

first, just thank you! just how much I appreciate this.
I can't answer on everything. But, I'm quite happy you mention "strong feminine prowess". It's actually something I'm trying to aim at when drawing celestia, or Luna. Or really any of the Royal XD

But again, thank you ! ^u^

Ah, this is impressive work, as soon as I saw the thumbnail I had to come here to say you did an outstanding job.

One thing I like to do while admiring art like this, is paying attention to the subtle detail. In this case I saw how you created her chest plate. Instead of being a cumbersome collar, you created it to be a more believable attire. You know, a piece of attire that shows that it's removable and still has weight. Another thing, props for adding "mass" to Luna, the slightly visible coat hair is a nice touch. But there is always room for improvement, right?

For instance, I noticed her horn is not in symmetry with her head, while the crown is. Foreshortening of the horn would greatly improve both angle and symmetry of the horn. I know in the show they hide the ponies' ear when a certain side of the face is shown, but it's a cartoon which simplifies for the sake of animation. Since you implied realism with the detail, I should be able to see at least 2/3 of her left ear peeking out of her hair. Even when drawn back. Maybe a bit of hidden edges where her neck, lower jaw, and hair meet. This will add more depth.

Other than that, this is truly impressive MLP artwork. The use of vivid colors is something I always admire. You got a nice harmonization of tones here, that I can assure you. Both the lighting and rain create a complementing atmosphere for this horse. Remarkable work! <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/t/t…" width="15" height="15" alt="" data-embed-type="emoticon" data-embed-id="262" title="Thumbs Up"/>
