My Bio
Born in Philadelphia, but (tragically) raised in Fresno, Luke Chueh studied graphic design at Cal Poly, San Luis Obipso where he earned a BS in Art & Design. In 2003 he moved to Los Angeles where he took up painting full time and started showing in the underground art scene. Since then Chueh has quickly worked his way up the ranks, stylistically balancing cute with brute while walking the fine line between comedy and tragedy. At the same time, he has also establishing himself in the designer toy scene with various three dimensional interpretations of his art. Despite his humble beginnings, Chueh has enjoyed much success and has been featured in galleries and museums around the world.

A couple days ago I changed my deviantART name from luke-chueh to lukechueh. I don't recall why I added a hyphen between my first and last names, but since I started 8 years ago, the internet has changed, and the easiest way to mention a person through the chain of social networking sites (Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Tumblr, etc.) is when their first and last names as merged into one word.
However, before I could change my name to the easier recognized "lukechueh" I learned that lukechueh.deviantart.com was actually already taken by someone other than me.

It's been over five years since I posted anything on my DeviantArt page. As my popularity and abilities grew, I guess I had out grown the platform. But as I kept growing, it seems like DA has been growing too, and after several conversations with the staff, it became apparent that it was in my best interest to rebuild and maintain my presence here. So I'm back.
As time goes on I'll elaborate more on this decision, but lets start by giving a hand to the artists and the staff for doing good and keeping things going. It's far from a perfect system, but what on this forsaken planet is?

I hope you don't mind me using your artwork for my art homework( we have to choose an artist that inspires us and observe their work) and drawing a lot of inspiration from your work
