I've learned about anxiety that no matter the improvement and ignoring of our own insecurity, no matter the pain and limitations we go through every day, there are still going to be assholes giving us shit for everything we do. People we come to contact see our existence as failure and mistake, they wish we would commit suicide soon and would stop taking the air they think they own. I have learned that it's very important to accept your own loneliness and stop trying to seek people's appreciation and friendship. Go alone, learn how to work alone, how to function alone. Nobody is in the need of friendship today. We don't need others to survive anymore...

Independence is  a good thing, but so is collaboration. Do you need moral support? Do you want me to send you a note?

First of all, I thank you for concern. The second, even if I had lethal form of anxiety, my other disability would prevent you from providing a moral support. Motivation doesn't work on me, simple. I have to deal with the problem myself and there's nothing anybody can say to fix the situation.

I worry about people, it is my nature. I don't always know what to say to help people.
As long as you are ok that is fine.
There's not much I can do as I am in a totally different country but I do understand how horrible anxiety is.

I understand that. But, a very little number of people are like you. Some will even take advantage of these disabilities, to make an excuse to not give you a chance - it doesn't have to be friendship, it can be work application, it can be driving licence, it can be parental responsibility...
It's the mentality we've grown with, that the strongest survive, and the strongest survived because they ate the weak, no matter if they were other creatures or their own family...
