Okay so just to recheck you are basing your DCtober on the post Crisis characters?
That´s right. Specifically their late 80s early 90s versions.
So it's your own spin on their new origin/updating them if they were made today?
It´s basically the same that we see in the comics from that period, minus a few cosmetic changes. To me the relation between the og comicbooks and these are kinda like in the movie Logan where there are comics of the X-Men and he says that they´re not actually accurate. To me the post crisis 80s comics are a reflection of this reality I´m building, so you should take those stories with a grain of salt. I don´t know if I´m making any sense XDD
