Hello! I'm not too sure how this works yet. I've only had this DeviantArt for a week and a half and I'm still learning how to use it! Anyway, I wanted to thank the people that are watching and everyone who has favorited one of my works or made a comment. I really appreciate it! And I'm very happy that you like my work.
My life will be kind of crazy during November (I've started working on a new translation project, I have to help with some international English exams, annnddd *drumroll* mid-terms!!), so I don't know if I'll be able to be as productive as I was during the last few months (to be honest, I had too much free time). Still, art is something I can't help doing, so I'm sure there will be stuff.
But, because of this, I've decided not only to post pictures of my finished work, but also of my works in progress, so as to keep the account updated (besides, I like sharing!). And also, your comments might help me make a better finished work!
Well, that's pretty much it. To make this first journal entry worthwhile, I will let you know what I'm working on right now:
-I'm planning to make a series similar to Paperboat in the night. The idea is to mix painting and drawing. I've already posted a picture of one of the paintings/drawings I'm working on.
-November is NaNoWriMo! What does that mean? It means it's National (International?) Novel Writing Month! Since I've been writing a novel since pretty much forever, I decided to join the challenge and try and finish it in November. It might be a total failure, since November is usually my busiest month (and this November is particularly busy!) but I do need to take my mind off of things, and writing a novel will definitely help with that. If you like writing, you should totally join, by the way.
-Comics, comics and always comics. I wouldn't stop making comics even if there was a zombie apocalypse (can you imagine my comics if there was a zombie apocalypse? Oh man, now I want to draw that. And I have to work!!)
-And well, this is not something I'm working on right now, more like something I was working on before, but a couple of weeks ago I finished a home-made EP that includes 6 songs. If you're interested, you can listen to it on Soundcloud.
That's all for today (it was quite a lot though)
