Spider-Man Batman joker green goblin

The Spider and the Bat! This is what I use to do in school all day when I should have been paying attention to the teacher! I would sit at my desk and draw elaborate battles with Spider-Man and Batman fighting off a pile of foes, like the opening to the Batman TV show complete with “Pow” and “Bam” sound effects! As a kid, I took liberties with the perspective and proportions. I realize how crude a lot of those early drawings are now. As an adult, this is my first time attempting such a piece with so much interaction. I actually started this piece two years ago, but was unhappy with the composition. I recently came across it cleaning and decided to give it another shot. I completely erased the top half and redrew everything. I left the bottom of the drawing alone. It has been a lesson to me that sometimes you have to put something away for a while and revisit it after some time has passed. Enjoy!
