Enzam the sorcerer blowfish

The idea for this character came to me while rewatching the episode 5 of the season 2 of the Disney TV series “The Little Mermaid”: "Giggles". I thought that after all, Salina should have someone, like Ursula has Flotsam and Jetsam. And I thought that sorcerer blowfish from Avlo-Kadavlo was a nice idea. And his story is that he left his country because he wanted to expand his horizons regarding magic, and he became a friend and partner of Salina precisely because the two share a passion for magic and enjoy experimenting and experiencing about it.
