Due to common behaviour to use celebrity photos to display the effects of an action, I would like to remind you all of the resource and stock guidelines of DA.

Please be aware that basically every image you can find on google is presumably copyrighted. If you can get a wallpaper of a celebrity or a photo of a famous building on a website, it surely is NOT free of any copyright. If you buy a picture on another stock page like istockphoto, you DO NOT have the right to re-offer it (only if you buy an expensive reseller or merchandise-license). In your own interest, do NOT use photos or pictures you googled or took from pages where no specific copyrighte note is listed. It is highly likeley that you would, perhabs unintentionally, infringe someones copyright. Ignorance is not excuse!!!
By uploading your artwork or resource/stock to DA you claim its copyright. It should be logical that you cannot claim copyright on a photo you did not shoot by your own.. so simply don't. We will be checking this and will decline every Action Pack not suitable to these rules.
