Crickey, I've stayed up too long working on the wack-a-mole. It's already a quarter after 5 in the morning.... Arrrrgg! Must...finish...mallet...
Wow...very nice. I like the transparent layer on the eyes, and on the hair. The shape of the face is really nice too, although she seems a bit too peaceful (is that a hint of a smile?) to be a shinigami-hollow hybrid. Also, is that part of a white mask on her forhead? Very cool. The zanpaktou hilt seems to be just a little bit off though. From what I've been able to see, the end of the hilt often has about an inch without the cloth weave, with either a bare stub or some sort of tassel. Still, very nice.
