This is a drawing of another of my Advanced Dungeons & Dragons characters, Clay the thief. Clay is half Kara-Turian and half Spirit folk (the equivalence of a half elf) and is always up to something. He's a thief who likes to pick locks, and he's a martial artist. He has a ragged cloak that is split in the back to allow for his Katana, and he wears fancy Bracers of Defense. Clay is extremely swift and agile, and is very crafty. Handsome and charismatic, no gal is safe from his charm, and no coin purse is safe around this guy. He's a rascal, but he usually has good intentions.
I really dig the classic Clyde Caldwell look you have going on here, Loston! Great stuff!
Very good work buddy!!
I love the facial expression, and that hand on the floor is superb!
I really like the roguish expression on his face.
His clothes reminds me to Guts from Berserk.
I've seen the Guts character before, but he wasn't a source of inspiration for this character. Both characters have a tattered cloak, but otherwise they're not too similar I think.
Love the soft shading here, Loston. And all the cool details on his costume really sell this. Nicely done.
I appreciate it, Vik! Means a lot, man! I tried to keep the costume details reasonable, without going overboard. I considered adding some sort of intricate trim design on his cloak, but I thought better of it in the end.
I love this one! First comment too!
Yup. He's a rascal, no two ways about it. :]
