Okay, so this is for for the secret santa, and I probably got a bunch of things wrong timeline-wise, but uhhhhh yeah, I hope you enjoy! (It took me a really ridiculous amount of time to find out how and where to post this) Ruya and Noah sitting under a Christmas tree and opening presents. Ruya cuddled up on her bed, in her cabin. Christmas…..she wouldn’t be surprised if Nim forgot, or simply didn’t care. There wasn’t a tree on the ship- why would there be? And besides, it wasn’t like anyone could afford extra supplies- let alone presents for other people.  Still, she made sure to scrounge through every cabin she could, determined to find something relatively present-worthy for Aquil. In the end, she ended up cutting off a portion of a fancy cape she found to make him and Gandalf matching bow ties. The little kid still deserved to enjoy the holiday, despite whatever Nim said.
