Ronald and Sally Flying Through Space

Ronald is capable of flying at a top speed of 20 lightyears a second (72 000 lightyears per hour), far, FAR faster then light...! Well, in vacuums such as outer space that is. In mediums like here on Earth the fastest he can travel is 650 m/s (1.8 Mm/h) only 1.83x faster than sound.
