Her Belly-Button Popped!

That's right. It's normally just an innie, but when she gets her belly this huge, it can bulge to an outie.

She had finished her second of two large ice-cream cakes.
Olivia: "Yeah-" *burps cutely* "and I could use a third."
…Really?
Olivia: "M-hm -" *another cute burp* "I still have room in me for one more."
…Alright, there's one in the freezer.
Olivia: "Thanks." *walks over to the freezer*
