DM's often have lists of problem players but one who I never see talked about is something I call the wallflower.  This is the player who seems to be plagued by stage fright that they just can't seem to get over.  They always just go along with the group quietly.  They always wait to be prompted to do things, never taking initiative.  And oh gods, if they are EVER in a position where they have to make a decision, they will delegate that decision to someone, ANYONE else, immediately.

I do sympathize with them as someone who was incredibly timid all through school.  You want to be more involved but you're terrified you're going to do something wrong and make a fool of yourself.

To said players, I will tell you right now.  Making a fool of yourself creates some of the best DnD stories.  You're absolutely NOT doing something wrong when that happens.  This is not a job interview.  It's you and your friends having some fun and if you get a laugh out of people, that's a success.  Not a failure.

To DM's, this might help you as it has helped my players often times.  Make heavy use of downtime between adventures.  Get your players to answer the question "what do you do when you're not adventuring?"  In an earlier campaign, we had a cleric who hadn't really characterized herself that well.  That all changed when I talked with this player out of game about her goals and such and we ended up coming up with the idea of her starting a campaign to have a temple of Maou added to the city.  She ran a petition, got enough public interest.  The city council arranged a meeting where she was brought before a group of investors who had all manner of questions for her to answer about her plan.  He was actually legitimately nervous about this which is good, it meant he was now invested in his character.  In the end, the project was approved and things rolled on from there.  He's been a much more active player since then.  Just had to crack that ice a little bit.

Had a similar experience with an alchemist in the group who hadn't done much to distinguish his character.  Once again, we got together and talked about his character.  She would end up going on to found an apothecary, hired employees and in the current campaign I'm running, it's now become a megacorp still run by her as an NPC.  This made her character more distinct too and much more fun.  She did things that were unnerving and strange but were ultimately serving the cause of good.  It was like "What if a mad scientist was playing for the other team?"

And yes, this was the alchemist: Laxis by LordTHawkeye

And this was the cleric: Suihebi by LordTHawkeye

Bottom line: To shy players, don't let doubts waste good ideas.  Got an idea?  Pull the trigger!  Even if you fail, it beats coasting on mediocrity any day.  Just trust me on that.  This is a game, no real lives are at stake here so just have fun, whether your ideas work on not.  At least you'll have a story to tell either way.

Let me start with a hypothetical question.  You know those "would you push the button" questions?  If you don't, it's a site with a series of hypothetical questions basically asking "If you push this button, you get this benefit, but it comes at this cost, would you push it?"

I ask you this one.
"You will have great wealth and never have to work another day in your life."
"You will suffer from incurable clinical depression.  Ie: An inability to feel joy or happiness"
Would you push the button?

Now, I'm hoping most of you have the good sense to answer no.  After all, what's the point of wealth if you can't actually enjoy it right?

Why do I ask this?  Well, the pursuit of happiness is listed as one of our rights.  Why?  We pursue a lot of things so why is happiness singled out?  What makes happiness unique is it's the only thing we pursue that isn't a means to an end.  Everything we do is ultimately for the sake of happiness when you break it all down.  That's why most of you didn't accept that offer.  Sacrificing happiness for wealth is self defeating.

But what if I told you that a lot of people are taking this deal and don't realize it?

Now, I've argued against marxists and their ilk for years but it rarely dents them because as a wise man said "You can't make someone understand something when his livelihood depends on him not understanding it."  It's been a bitter pill but I've accepted that fact.  So instead, I invite all to go at it from a much simpler approach, one anyone can understand.  One simple question: Are you happy?

Take a look at them.  Take a look at their lives.  Do any feminists seem happy to you?  Have you seen any happy SJW's?  Do any of those guys in antifa seem happy to you?  Look at even the most successful among them.  Does Hillary Clinton seem happy to you?  She isn't.  Nobody likes her.  Everyone just uses her for power.  She's been showered with wealth and privilege from birth to present and what good did it do?  She might as well be a homeless drug addict for how miserable she is.  Are you starting to see the relevance of my original question?

So if you or someone you know is being tempted to go down that path, just honestly ask the question: Look at these people's lives.  Do you want to become that?

They work tirelessly to get more people to join them.  It isn't because they care.  It's because they're miserable and misery loves company.  Look at the way they treat even each other.  Just cruelty and meanness all over.  So to those of you thinking about becoming a social justice warrior and saving the world and righting wrongs, I ask you to simply look at their lives and ask yourself honestly: Do you want to live these people's lives?

You know, I may not believe in religion but I do believe in karma in a sense and it all stems from this:  You can cheat your way into money.  You can cheat your way into fame.  You can cheat your way into power.
But you can't cheat your way into happiness, and if your ill gotten gains can't make you happy...what was it all for?

People who sign up to this cult think they're getting something for nothing?  They aren't.  They are paying a price for it and that price is never being happy no matter how much political freebies are showered on them which in the end makes all of it worthless.  I know it's been hard for a lot of us but I do hope you do take pleasure in the fact that all their scheming is ultimately for nothing.  I certainly do.  ^^

Until next time, be aware and be wise.

Original article:…

Alongside accusations of racism, sexism, homophobia, and Islamophobia, we can now list “white privilege” and “male privilege” as ideological weapons that the far left uses in their nonstop attacks on America’s culture.  Rather than going on the defensive against the left’s latest accusations, however, the rest of us should see the tactic for what it is and for what it reveals about the need to confront a much more pervasive problem:  liberal privilege.

It is important to see the left’s privilege offensive in its broader strategic context.  The left’s accusations of white privilege and male privilege have nothing to do with promoting racial or sexual equality.  Most Americans long ago accepted Dr. Martin Luther King’s vision that people should be judged by the content of their character and not by the color of their skin.Career and lifestyle options for women these days are pretty much a question of choice and not societal constraints.

So what is really behind the left’s privilege offensive?

Marxist intellectuals recognized in the 1920s that violent revolution was not catching on as their original theory had predicted.  Religious commitment, national identity, traditional families, and other beliefs and customs of the West’s Judeo-Christian culture presented barriers to the Marxist program of total governmental control. Those Marxist intellectuals developed Critical Theory – the relentless assault on every aspect of Judeo-Christian culture – as their primary weapon in tearing down the cultural foundations of liberty.  The goal of Critical Theory was to create doubt and guilt about our American way of life so as to weaken our resistance to the radical left’s agenda.  If Americans could be made to see America as inherently flawed and unworthy of defending, then resistance to the Marxist program would weaken.

The cultural Marxists pushed political correctness as a means of monitoring and stifling even the slightest deviation from the left’s dictates.Getting people accustomed to control and submission was the real goal, not societal improvement.  The left’s privilege offensive is just the latest face of that assault, and the goal has not changed.

But if we step back and look squarely at it, the one group in America that most demands and expects privileged treatment is the far left.  And it is time the rest of us called them on it.

Here is a brief checklist to aid in recognizing the signs of liberal privilege:

1. Assuming that you have the right to control what everyone else does, what they have, what they say, and how they think.  The idea of living your own life and – here’s a thought – leaving others the hell alone to do the same never crosses your mind.

2. Assuming that you have the right never to hear any opinion that contradicts your own, and using intimidation and violence if necessary to protect your ideological bubble.  And if someone actually does or says something you don’t like, you are entitled to a hug or a puppy.

3. Assuming that feeling offended on your part constitutes a political crisis on the nation’s part.  Others might have to grow up and accept the fact that the world will not bow to their every whim, but not you.

4. Having exquisite sensitivity to the moral speck in society’s eye while ignoring the beam in your own.  It is your privilege to establish the standards by which others must live and to critique them at will, but any criticism of you is evidence of hatred.

5. Consistency is for other people.  You are free to deny the existence of absolutes while imposing absolute standards that others must follow.  As long as your heroes condemn fossil fuels and support gun control, they are free to fly in private jets and live in mega-mansions protected by armed guards.  You are free to say the vilest things about conservative blacks or women, but any criticism of liberal blacks or women is evidence of racism or sexism.

6. You must be judged only by your rhetoric and not by your results.  If your social policy weakens black families, the resulting social ills are the result of racism on society’s part and not any arrogance, presumption, or failing on your part.  As long as you claim to value education, you are free to support an educational system that cranks out students who cannot read or do basic math, and who are ignorant of even the most essential points of American and world history.

7. And finally, liberal privilege means never having to say “not guilty.”  Laws that apply to everyone else do not apply to you.  Laws protecting public and private property may be suspended in order to allow leftists room to ventilate their feelings.  Laws protecting classified information or forbidding the abuse of governmental positions to harass opponents do not apply to you or your allies.

The left constantly introduces new words and phrases into our political discourse.  Perhaps the phrase that has been missing is, “Your liberal privilege is showing.”

This would be a good time to introduce it.

For a fun topic, share your favorite christmas specials, especially those some may not have seen before.

For me, I just watched one that I haven't seen since I was a kid over 20 years ago.  (ghad I feel so old...)

The Christmas Toy, AKA: the Jim Henson movie that Toy Story ripped off.  ^^

Try not to get misty eyed at the song at the end.

Congratulations America on a job well done.  Some of you might not see it that way now but trust me, you did the right thing.

Dems, I'm sorry but you brought this all onto yourselves with your arrogance, your abuse and your refusal to accept reality.  I mean just look, you were all set to elect a criminal psychopath like Hillary in just because you were so desperate to get your fix.  You've become addicted to power and while you may think your world is crumbling right now, it is in fact a great kindness to deprive an addict of their drug and that's what was done here.  Take some time, distance yourself from all of this and look back on it with clearer perspective and I hope you'll see that Trump's victory was a chance for renewal for a hurting country.

As for me, I can only hope there's more Trumps out there who will be emboldened by this.  People who will go against the establishment and show that they aren't untouchable.

To all those who worked so hard to get the truth out and deny the media the power to cloud it: to Stefan Molyneux, Milo Yiaanopolus, Bill Whittle, Mike Cernnovich, Bill Mitchell and so many others, thank you all for all that you've done.  You will always be remembered for the hard work you've done.

I don't normally care for politics but this was special.  Take care and good luck to everyone.

Until next time, be aware and be wise.

Yeah, I know, haven't done politics in a long time and I'll keep this brief for you.

Micheal DeMarco works with Stefan Molyneux on his show and like him and myself, he is an anarcho-capitalist who generally does not believe voting matters and most of the time it doesn't.  However, also like me, he sees Donald Trump as such a departure from the formula that there is something to be gained from him as president and for that reason, he will be voting for him.

He makes the case here which I recommend you watch.

Sadly, I'm not American so I can't vote as well.  But if you've been disillusioned by politics, I highly suggest you listen to the arguments and give it some thought.  Hillary has plans that absolutely WILL be disastrous for not just the US but the whole world and Trump as president just might help avert the coming disasters.  So since I can't vote for him, this is the next best thing I figure.  Please, put your prejudices aside, put aside all the nonsense the media's been telling you and just listen to the case here objectively.  It's all I ask.

Thank you and good luck.

For a time, I was posting my Mamano Pathfinder sessions on youtube but I stopped because it looked like nobody was watching them so it seemed not worth it.

This week, I'm starting a new campaign and just wanted to know if anyone does want to watch it?  If there's enough interest, I'll look into recording my sessions again.

To those who have donated, thank you as always!  Those who haven't, donate today and you can see pages early too.

[Notice, new TF's are closed now for this RP.  Thank you all for participating and do feel free to continue mingling if you so desire]
Thank you all for the birthday well wishes but now, let's do something fun!  Group RP time!

Walking to the beach, holding the mysterious present in my hands, I could only wonder what it is and why the tag on it said specifically to open it here.  Once arrived, I couldn't wait any more and opened it up.  INside was...

"Huh?  A bikini?  Did someone get presents mixed up?" I said looking at the revealing attire confused.

Just then, the beachwear seemed to act on it's own as it suddenly leaped onto me, causing the my clothes to fly off in all directions, leaving me wearing only it.  I flushed with embarrassment at the idea of being seen like this when suddenly the suit started to feel warmer.  I watched as it started to reshape me to fit it before my eyes.  My chest rose like soft bread, filling the extra large cups of the top while my hips and tush took on pounds of soft flesh, forming a curvy voluptuous figure that fit the suit perfectly.

But it wasn't done yet!  Purple hair started to make it's way up my normally brown locks and trail all the way to my waist, vainly trying to cover things happening underneath.  The hair atop my head parted as a pair of shiny black horns grew and curved backwards into fine points.  A pair of violet bat wings emerged from behind the curtains of my long hair along with a pointed ended tail to complete the look.

"Oh my...does that mean..." I said continuing over the sandy hill to see the entire setup, "It's a beach party!"

I then noticed the large bin full of colorful plastic balls, each with a prize inside.  "It's a monster girl beach party!  Oh, I do hope more show up to join in the fun!"

Wanna join the party?  Just come as you are and make sure to take a prize ball from the bin and see what kind of monster girl and beach body you get from it!  Once properly dressed for the occassion, do feel free to mingle in other people's threads.  ^^

It's decided, I will attempt to host board games on tabletop simulator on sundays at 3PM PST.  Please join in if you wish to participate.  Be sure you have tabletop simulator on steam.  A mic is good to have too.
  • Drinking: tea
Having recently bought Tabletop Simulator, (available on Steam for 20 bucks), I've been entertaining the idea of holding another weekly event of playing board games with people on it.  I'm leaning towards wednesdays for it though this isn't set in stone just yet.

Anybody out there who's into board games interested in this?  You'd need skype of course and a mic would be very helpful as some games like Secret Hitler require voice chat.

Games I have on Tabletop sim so far include...

Secret Hitler
Key to the Kingdom
Hero Quest

But of course, that's only scratched the surface.  Plenty more out there and I'm of course open to suggestions.

Well, Story Time was pretty fun.  Our four contestants got changed into some rather interesting mixed forms.  My personal fave was the purple skinned cat girl with octopus tentacles (Yes, I made the octopussy joke of course).

If you wish to read it, head to on skype to check it out.

Why am I not posting it?  Well that comes to my next item of note.  This is to the lurkers out there.  You know who you are.

I got story time going again because I wanted to encourage people to actually interact with me and not simply silently observe.  I'm not trying to nag or anything.  I just want to make clear where I'm come from here.  It's a fair bit of work doing all I do, writing stories, writing scripts for Play Time and preparing material for my pathfinder sessions.  I do enjoy it very much, don't get me wrong.  It's just a tad disheartening when I see a lot of people watch this page but never have anything to say about it, be it good or bad.  Donations are great but comments or helping to spread the word about Play Time is equally invaluable and I appreciate everyone who does this and really would like it if more did.

In short...

If you've participated with me and what I do: Thank you!

If you've told others about Play Time and helped spread the word: Thank you!!

If you've donated even a little to my patreon: THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!

But if you've just silently consumed and never given feedback of any kind, come on now.  Do the right thing and give just a little back.  Doesn't have to be money.  Just a recomendation to a friend or even simply a kind word would do great too.  Just don't lurk.  I want to know if you're enjoying my material and if there's anything else you'd like to see from it.  Talk to me.  I'm not hard to approach, I assure you.

Okay, done nagging.  Have a good one!

Now that I've finally got The Succubus Village completed, I'm finally available to do more story commissions.

The rules are simple, give me an idea of a TF and/or TG story you'd like to see and tip me as you see fit once I've got the story done to your satisfaction.

I'm pretty open to most subject material as long as it's not overly icky (scat and such).

If you wish to commish, contact me on Skype at Lord Hawkeye.  (please don't use PM's because I'm going to have questions for you and PM's will slow the process down)
