A shy boy by LordLJCornellPhotos A shy boy by LordLJCornellPhotos
Another of my tulips just holding back at the moment. Just as well as it is about to turn cold for a few days.

Our tulips are just beginning to bloom in the yard. I truly love this time of year.

Looking at the colour of the dress, I suppose it's a girl! ;)

Lovely shot Lawrence. I think everything has held back a little with this cold snap, I took my little Acer indoors over the weekend.

Have you noticed that the D5 seems to render sharper images than the D4?

Maybe I'm just being careful
It seems to fall somewhere between the D4 and the D800 in terms of sharpness.
Handling wise it's a dream. Externally, as you'd expect, very similar to the D4.
It seems to work better at high ISO which might be useful on occasion.
it uses XQD cards which are faster so it buffers quicker.
the battery, thankfully, is the same as the D4 so I haven't had to invest in spare batteries. That's usually the first thing you have to do with a new Nikon.
Also had to get an update on Photoshop Camera Raw so it would open the files. That is free of course as its on line.
Im liking it though which is good given the price of it
