Possible Origins(?): Tetsutetsu Rasputin was a Japanese-Russian child born on the Soviet collective farm, called the Ust-Ordynski Collective, near Lake Baikal in Siberia. Tetsutetsu grew up with his dear brother, who is a famous cosmonaut, and his beloved younger sister, (Illyana Rasputina x Anyone in MHA). Tetsutetsu would pass the time drawing or painting, a hobby he was immensely talented in. His quirk activated when trying to protect his little sister and he was judged a lot in Russia, where his family passed away except for his little sister where he took her to safety in Japan to live with their Japanese Uncle and Aunt. Tetsutetsu soon joined U.A and strived to be the best but sadly got into Class 1-B and felt like Class 1-A got everything that they wanted much to his annoyance.
