Shinso x Loki (Requested)

Amazing idea...very cool and clever.

Possible Origins(?): Ikol Shinso was a odd boy as he was the child of a Japanese female and a German father with Nordic origins who is from Norway, but weirdly of all he kept having visions of a mysterious man in green, with blends of black and having a staff and a golden helmet with horns. This bothered Ikol but never told his parents since he didn't want to worry them, though this grew worse due to his quirk activating where in junior high, Ikol was constantly told that due to his Quirk's nature, he was suited to becoming a villain. Although he kept his ambition to become a hero, where Ikol became resentful of those with Quirks more accepted by society. He soon began listening to the voices in his head and soon met the man named Loki as Loki told him that Ikol was his reincarnation and he wanted to have Ikol get revenge on his brother Thor. Ikol soon was granted Loki's sceptre and a mouthguard which is similiar to his helmet as Loki told him he will teach him the fine arts of magic to stregthen him. Though Ikol for one didn't care for Loki's plans and just wanted to prove to the world that his quirk is not for villains, as he soon with enough willpower and help from (Doctor Strange + maybe Nighteye) they managed to seal Loki's mind deep within Ikol. Ikol soon got into U.A and joined the General Department and thrived to beat everyone.

I kinda wanted to give Shinso the Artreus (God of War) treatment as well as the time Loki reincarnated since it would give Shinso more time to be explored and would give reason for his idea of being a teen. Also kinda wanted both Loki and Thor kinda be themselves since Loki died and became Shinso where Thor...? Maybe he had the same experience but as someone else?
