Phantom Thief x Mimic

This is a pretty interesting combination.

Possible Origins(?): As a child, Neito Rankin has always wanted to be a hero. However, due to the nature of his Quirk, people constantly told him that this was not possible because he can not do anything without the help of others, being ridiculed by that. Although this did not make him desist in his efforts to be a hero, he did understand that to fulfill his goal, he has to resort to unheroic behaviours and tactics. He was the son of a scientist who was working on various dangerous experiments. As a child, he was not allowed into his father's quarters where the experiments took place. However, at a young age, curiosity got the best of him. While inside his father's lab, he accidentally knocked down a beaker filled with an experimental chemical, causing the formation of a red gas which he breathed in. The experiment his father was working on altered his body and evolved his mutation. As the months and years passed, Neito would be more frequently able to mimic the abilities of others while near them. This made him grew a massive ego since now he can be anyone and anything as he strived to be better than everyone else. He had a confrontation with Shiro Todoroki (Shoto Todoroki x Sunfire) but it was a quick and brutal one where Neito lost much to his anger, Shiro Todoroki (Shoto Todoroki x Sunfire) walked away. Of course Neito got into conflicts with Katsuki Storm (Bakugo x Human Torch) though it ended before it can continue any further thanks to Izuku Parker (Midoriya x Spider-Man) and Ben Kirishima (The Thing x Red Riot). Neito decided to join U.A and prove his superiority...but he got into Class 1-B much to his anger knowing that Shiro Todoroki (Shoto Todoroki x Sunfire), Katsuki Storm (Bakugo x Human Torch), Izuku Parker (Midoriya x Spider-Man) and Ben Kirishima (The Thing x Red Riot) got into Class 1-A.
