Possible Origin(?): Minoru Baldwin was born and raised in Springdale, Connecticut. He was the son of Maddie Baldwin a law woman and a Japanese manga artist. They had a very weird set of parenting as they were on and off being strict and lax hence Minoru's perverted behaviour goes unnoticed. Minoru is timid but perverted to the point of infamy, which makes him unpopular with the girls and even some of the boys, who consider his interests and mannerisms depraved. His mind frequently trails off to lewd thoughts, even in situations involving completely unrelated matters. When an opportunity to peep at the girls arises, Minoru becomes very determined to take it, although this often leads to painful results. Minoru's interest in women is one of his motivations to become a hero, alongside general popularity. He is quite unashamed of those traits, openly admitting them out loud. Years passed by and his father wanted him to go into arts since they both are perverts while his mother hoped he would go into law. That is until Minoru developed his quirk and began using it too his advantages and soon his father took him to Japan to see the sights while Minoru's mom stayed behind. His father got himself and Minoru to got to go to at the Baxter Building to see some amazing stuff where in one section of the building they watched Dr. Nicholas Benson's experiment that tapped an extra-dimensional energy source. Minoru however was accidentally irradiated by it when the energy went out of control. This was around the same time Izuku Parker (Peter Parker + Izuku Midoriya), Katsuki Storm (Bakugo + Johnny Storm), and Ben Kirishima (The Thing + Eijiro Kirishima) had their changes. His quirk has been changed and mutated into a different state, as then he was found by Dr. Nicholas and was watched by him as Minoru soon wanted to be a hero as he managed to get into U.A to become a hero and had joined Class 1-A.
