Mei Hatsume x Rogue (Requested)

What a very interesting fusion idea, never knew to fuse Rogue with Mei Hatsume since I assumed you would fuse Forge with her.

Possible Origins(?): Annie Hatsume's parents, Owen and a Japanese woman with the last name Hatsume, married early in their relationship and lived in a back-to-nature hippie commune in Caldecott County, Mississippi. Born as Anna Hatsume, she also enjoyed the attentions of her Aunt Carrie on her mother's side. The commune's failed attempt to use Native American mysticism to reach the Far Banks resulted in her mother's disappearance. Carrie took over her sister's care and, in her grief at the loss of her sister, was a strict and authoritarian guardian. Anna Hatsume was a rebellious child and her equally poor relationship with her father and Aunt prompted her to run away from home as a young teenager. She was taken in by a Japanese family who brought her to Japan and she got close to a young Japanese boy but her powers awakened and she drained his life. This caused her to run away as she was cautious with everyone until (Forge + maybe Power Loader) took her in and Annie soon ignited her love for creating stuff and as it turns out she has a knack for it as she is a smart, off-setting, and assertive girl, often making those around her uncomfortable. She loves creating gadgets, which she refers to as her "super cute babies". Annie has a habit of "going straight to the point" and is very shameless and opportunistic when it comes to advertising her inventions. As years past she soon joined U.A but she decided to go to the Department of Support since she wants to create more stuff.
