I would call him; the Construct Man!

Aaron O'Brian, a guy who was pushed into a vat of experimental chemicals by a loanshark over a debt and got saved by a scientist who remolded his body into a living, breathing android. As a superhero "Construct Man" he can transform himself into any machine or machine part.
