Very interesting design and fusion and interesting to add a new character from Marvel!

Possible Origins(?): Tsuyu Pangan was born into a Japanese-Filipino family as such she gained her father's quirk of having frog like abilities, she thought to herself she was ugly but was actually cute. Not only that but she grew to love the sea and water often swimming in it and having a great affinity towards it. Tsuyu's mother and father had to travel for work often, which gave them little time to raise their young children. Tsuyu was left with the responsibilities of raising Samidare and Satsuki, such as making dinner for them. Although it was tough raising her younger siblings, Tsuyu still found her life to be wonderful. Though one day at a young age she was approached by a representative of the company AlonTech who had learned of her from her high school's swim team records. AlonTech used Tsuyu's swimming expertise for experiments. Unbeknownst to her, AlonTech were a nefarious organization which was eventually targeted by the Triumph Division. During the Divisions' assault on AlonTech Lab, Tsuyu was drenched in water an exposed to energies of unknown origin, granting her the ability to control water. She tried to escape but was captured though was saved by various heroes making her determined to be a hero and save people. Also two years ago before starting at U.A. High School, Tsuyu's hero studies at her middle school piled up and she didn't have much free time for herself. Tsuyu's busy schedule, as well as her frog-like appearance, made it difficult for her to make friends. During her time at middle school, there was a student who started stalking her named Habuko Mongoose, who also had difficulty making friends. Habuko often used her Quirk, which paralyzed whoever she looked at for three seconds, on Tsuyu. Despite this, Tsuyu wasn't bothered by Habuko's stalking because she could understand her as they were both lonely. One day, Tsuyu mustered up the courage and finally asked Habuko to be friends. Habuko was surprised and touched by Tsuyu's kindness, before happily agreeing to be friends with Tsuyu. Eventually, Tsuyu and Habuko graduated from their middle school, but went to different high schools though they kept in contact. Then two years later she soon joined U.A. High School determined to be a hero as she took the name Froppy Wave.
