Amazing I really do love this idea, it looks amazing! I guess this fusion and the rest of Squadron of Supreme + Crime Syndicate are on a Earth-3 equivalent of this thing?

Possible Origins(?): Joseph Jordan was a feeble and cowardly man from a universe where the morality of most heroes and villains were flipped. He lived in Coast City and worked as a janitor at Ferris Aircraft, a private firm that produced fighter jets for the military. Eventually he was employed as a spy by an unknown organization as they wanted dirt on Ferris Aircraft. Though sadly he was soon sent on a space mission since they knew Joseph was a spy due to how pathetic he was, and now on a mission in deep space, astronaut Joseph Jordan came across a Skrull spaceship and met Skymax, who Joe saved. As a show of thanks, Skymax gave Joseph a box saying it has great power within it. But they were attacked by an alien threat which were the Kree as Joseph nearly died and due to his immense cowardly fear leaving Skymax for dead and crying the box opened and something came out and bonded with Joseph. It was something called the Prism of Volthoom and he became known as Doctor Ring and with his powers he managed to kill the alien force and fly back to Earth. The Ring fed off of Joseph's fear and in turn gave him the power he desired. Hal became a powerful crimelord and conqueror, eventually joining the Squadron Syndicate. The Squadron Syndicate were a group of powerful super-beings who sought to control everything and everyone, its membership included (Atomica + Any Marvel character), (Sea King + Any Marvel character), Ultraperion (Hyperion + Ultraman), Quick Blur (Johnny Quick + The Blur), Night Owl (Owlman + Nighthawk), Power Woman (Power Princess + Superwoman), (Deathstorm + Any Marvel character), and more.
