Baron Raheal Ghoul is a 100 year old villain mastermind and a 100th in the lineage of Baron Ghouls, the lineage of mad scientists bent on World domination through the means of echo-terrorism. Raheal continued the legacy of his father, Baron Ra'ad Ghoul by weaponizing the Lazarus liquid into supersoldier serums, developing them to exact revange on a hero who killed his father and made an accident which bonded the Ghoul mask to his face. In years following, Baron Raheal Ghoul organized an evil and corrupt army of death-worshipping zealots called the League of Hydra and even established a team of supervillains called Legion of Evil.

Both characters belong to Marvel and DC respectively.
