my bad lol to make these usable for other photoshops like Elements all you have to do is rename it to be an .ABR file so on this one you download it go to C:\Program Files\Adobe\Photoshop Elements 6.0\Presets\Brushes and then find it under Tatoos_by_LoRdaNdRe and it'll be titled as an .RAR file. Right click, go to Rename and rename it whateveryouwanttonameit.abr and you can use it in any other kind of photoshop.

the .rar file is an archive and it inludes the .abr file. I don`t get what you mean at all, but it seems that you may not know what the .rar file is.
Download WinRar and extract the .rar file. There you`ll find not only the .abr brushes file (capable only with CS3) but also the other archive with .jpg images. If you wanna use brushes in other adobe application just use the images to create the set capable with your version of photoshop or ps elements. I hope I was clearly. you should make these usable for other kinds of photoshop....
Not every one has CS3. I have Photoshop elements and brushes that other people made in CS3 work in it except yours.
