Solar Salutations

Tossed some colors on a late night doodle of our favorite Princess Sunbutt (but I forgot to draw her sun cutie mark haha) I guess this is a response piece to my first ever drawing of Celestia last year: lopoddity.deviantart.com/art/i…. I finally learned to like her mane. :>


Oh man I forgot how good it feels to draw with pencil and ink and paper. I gotta do traditional art more often. And I definitely gotta draw pink girly crap more often, it's very therapeutic. It reminds me of my elementary school days with sparkly multicolored Lisa Frank trapper keepers and stickers. Speaking of pink girly crap, this started of as a drawing of Princess Cadence, but then Celestia just sort of...happened. Eh.
