"Darkness rules the nighttime,
With glittering bits of stars above.
I am a wandering pony soul,
With no one left to love.
The moon is dark; I cannot see,
Is there anyone who can guide me?
I am scared, and all alone,
And so dreadfully far from home.
Alas, a pony comes to me!
With eyes aglow like twin blue moons,
She seems intimidating, taller than I!
With a horn for magic and wings to fly!
Horn aglow with radiant light,
She smiles at me, a welcome sight.
I sigh in relief, company at last!
She guides me out of the woods,
My fears put away in the past.
I call her 'Luna',
She calls me 'friend',
And asks if I would come again.
I smile as I reply, 'Yes, of course!',
And that is how I made a new friend,
In the spooky moonlight woods."
