The town square is the place where you can visit Merlot's Shop to buy and sell items. You also have access to your treasury to use items and complete member-to-member transactions. Every services you need in one central place!

General Instructions
What is the Town Square for?
- Buying items from the shop
- Selling items to the shop
- Completing the transfer of eggs, items or ribbons to another user (so that the items can be moved from your treasury to the recipient's treasury)
- Using items from your treasury
What is Not Covered by the Town Square?
- Transferring hatched/designed companions or evoloons. Just make sure to follow the Trading Rules. Please note that Hollow Companions cannot be transferred.
- Hatching or transferring eggs obtained before June 1st, 2017, since those are not in the treasury.
- Getting prizes from trials, events and other activities. To avoid cluttering the Town Square, we will keep separate threads for those. Please see the specific trial, event of activity journal to know where to comment and how.
Get Everything Done Quickly!
You can now do all your transactions in one single comment. Please sure to follow those simple rules:- Fill the appropriate form for each transaction
- Put the transactions in logical order if applicable. Example: if you are selling an item to get ribbons to buy another item, write your selling transaction first then your buying transaction in second.

Special Items Usage
Merlot's Rebate Coupon :- You need to have the coupon in your treasury.
- Only one coupon can be used per item. It is consumed on use.
If you have a Gargoyle Evoloon, the rebate from the Gargoyle bonus is applied on the amount after the Merlot's Rebate is applied.
- You need to have the pouch in your treasury.
- Only one pouch can be used in a transaction. It is consumed on use.
Other Instructions
For items and quantity, we will accept all format, as long as it's understandable. Examples:- Ribbons x10

Buying/Selling Items From/To the Shop
Make sure you can buy or sell the item in the Item Index or Merlot's Shop.For the Incomplete Jewel, you need to list all the required items to complete the jewel.
1 incomplete jewel + 1 upgrade stone = 1 ribbon
1 incomplete jewel + 1 heart-soothing or heart-warming gem = 5 ribbons
5 incomplete jewels = 1 ribbon
When using a stone or a gem, please specify the full name, including the category and the size (see example below).

Item Usage
- For the Incomplete Jewel, see the buying/selling section.
- If you are hatching an egg, providing the link to the new evoloon/companion is optional.
- If you are using a frogloon (rainforest evoloon) advantage to change the result of a stone of gem, don't forget to mention the evoloon advantage used on the "Evoloon advantage used" line.
- If your are using a Bottle of Transmutation Oil to transform a stone/gem, please list the bottle of transmutation oil on the "Items you are using and how many" line. If you want to apply the result right away to an evoloon, link the evoloon on the "Loonian/companion you are using the item on" line.
- For an item like the Travis For Hire Ticket which can produce another item that gives a random result (Weather Beaten Chest, Mineral Covered Egg), you can ask us to roll the resulting item right away by providing this line: Roll until the end result.
- For an item like the Mineral Covered Egg which can produce items that are only good to sell (Pretty decorative egg, A true art piece), you can ask us to give you the ribbons instead by providing this line: Sell vendor-only items.
- If you are using a Companion Ticket, don't forget to mention which companion you are getting from the ticket.
- Important: Please wait for the treasurer's answer before submitting your new Evoloon for approval after hatching an egg or using a ticket. You'll have to link the treasurer's comment in the description of your new Evoloon.

Hatching an Elemental Evoloon.
The following example shows how to fill the form if you want to only get the very end result of a Travis for Hire Ticket.
