My May My dad and I started going to a local writer's group. I figured I might be the youngest person there but there is a guy in the group who is 100 years old! I hope I can live that long. Joining the writer’s group has inspired my dad to write more and he showed me the story he’s working on. We used to make comics together when I was really little. I’m hoping to get the ball rolling on my own project as well. I'm watching Hunter x Hunter 1999 on Youtube and OH MY GOD. THIS SHOW IS SO GOOD. It started off a little slow the first couple episodes (the dubbing is a little awkward at first but it's grown on me), but I am about 45 episodes in and fully invested. HxH 1999 has transported me back to my childhood and helped me remember something important about what I want to do. The vibe is very much like the late 90s/early 2000s Zelda games. Things I did in April Making art and posting more often. I'm trying to work on an art project every single day, and post art once a week now. I'm getting the hang of digital art again and I'm excited to show off more pics that I've done. I'm hoping to get back into making digital art videos as well. If you look at my Youtube channel I have some from years and years ago. Went to a local art swap and got a bunch of awesome stuff for free. Some canvases, photo prints, glass and tile, to name a few. Used book sale was also recently which is something I look forward to as eagerly as any convention. Went to the zoo and got good photos of the animals. I'm working on a painting of a Luzon bleeding heart. They are cute plump little doves with a blood-red spot on their chests. I could probably do a whole series just from zoo animals. I love the zoo!
