The Master meets Worzel Gummidge, and is confused.
hahaha thats genius!
Cute and funny
What a big difference for Jon Pertwee. From the All knowing Doctor, expert at everything, to the know- nothing Worzel. But i've heard he really enjoyed playing the silly scarecrow?
He also seems more than a little flirty, but that might just be Mr Anthony Ainley's default expression ...
I'm sure Ainly was a flirt, but this Master is supposed to be Roger Delgado
I always thought that Mr Delgado had brown eyes, hence my identification of The Master as played by Mr Ainley - though one may be mistaken!
this is great!
...when regeneration goes wrong...
Until you introduced me to his previous work, I wouldn't have gotten this, but I do and that expression by the Master is a perfect response.
Don't know if Worzel Gummidge ever made it to the US, but he's pretty big in the UK, Australia and New Zeeland. What an extremely useful education you're getting here on DA!
I just look up Worzel Gummidge, I don't blame him.
When Worzel starts changing his head for other models, things get especially confusing.
What is with that by the way?
I think it's in the books the TV show is based on. When you read it in a text it seems fine, but when it's shown on film it can be pretty creepy!
It sounds less creepy in text?
Is he your favorite master?
I actually thought Anthony Ainley was more sinister, and therefore more effective.
LOL. If only this had happened in either show.
Ha, this is great! Like the Master is in any position to criticize someone else's silly disguise...
And here I thought the Doctor was always confused.
Just when you thought British TV couldn't get any weirder!!!
I had never heard of Gummidge until now. Now wouldn't that be ironic...the Master defeated by a scarecrow.
