Good job, great conky! Linux/Unix

I would like a 24h clock conky with day / night inside and the old 100 GMT internet time and or any other city sphere around as old pre difgital 12h clocks.

But as I do not program I cannot find any clock able to change this settings there are not 24h clock circles all are 12h and then you cannot put day / night inside them.
