Sunrise Valley

I actually had two pieces completed in time for Traditional Thursday.

Also completed the same day as the remake of "The Beauty" self portrait, Sunrise Valley is a landscape oil painting on scrap wall panel that was started back in January 2026 with a base background. Then on March 22nd, I started the landscape, basing it on a photo of a forest overlook at sunrise I found on Pinterest for which then I took a break for a few days to work on "The Beauty" self portrait remake. After that was completed yesterday, I completed Sunrise Valley, adding in the rising sun, touching up on the sky and clouds, touched up on the lighting on the plants and trees, and added in purple flowers.
