As a member of Team Rocket for the past ten years, Olivia is known for having a revolving door of assigned teammates. Due to her bossy temperament and overall unpleasantness, all her her partners have requested to be reassigned. Travis, her current partner, has the record for being assigned to her the longest at two years. They were assigned right after he joined Team Rocket. Olivia believes Travis is slowing her down and preventing her from achieving her true potential and wants nothing more than to prove herself to the boss.
