Money Emoji Payment methods:

I currently accept payments through Paypal, in Canadian currency. If I'm able to meet you in person, cash or checks will be accepted. An invoice will be sent out, with different options to pay (credit cards, etc.) whether you have a Paypal account or not.

I will also sell you the rights of the commission if you request it. This means you can use it for commercial purposes, web banners, posters, merchandise etc but there will be an additional charge on top of your commission price if you want to use it for this purpose. By default all commissions are for personal use and the rights of the commission are still mine. Commercial projects usually don't fall under commissions, and you should contact me directly via email for a project of that type.

(I'm open to discuss point commissions. The prices will be the same, simply converted into their points equivalent. All prices are listed in CAN$)

Refund policy

Deposits are non refundable due to the fact I will have already put time into the commission. Within reason, and depending on how long I have worked on it, I may be able to refund a portion. If I am unable to start your commission you are entitled to a full refund.

I've got too much work to do. Process:

For large complex coloured pieces, I usually work in 3 phases:

Phase 1

We will discuss your idea and work out specifically your wants for the project. We will determine an estimate price for said project (depending on the number of hours required to achieve it), and once we have come to an agreement, I will give you the contract to sign, containing all the information for the project.

Phase 2

After receiving a deposit, I will start on the sketch work. I will not start working on your piece until I have received the deposit. The deposit will be determined by the estimated total amount of the commission, although the final price may vary depending on the number of hours spent working on it. Major changes should be worked out in this phase, as it will be more difficult and time consuming later on. Once the sketch has been approved, I'll move on to the clean work.

Phase 3

Once I start the clean work, the amount of changes I'll be willing to do will be very limited. This is meant to avoid my needing to restart the work from scratch, in which case I would still charge the additional hours needed to start over.

Your cooperation throughout the commission will be greatly appreciated.

Gallery Price Guide and Examples

This, as the title suggests, is a price "guide". Not a price list. Each commission will usually be very different from one another, take various amounts of time and therefore the prices will be slightly varied from the guide below. For example traditional pieces tend to be more expensive than digital ones. The size of the piece will also influence the price. Thank you for keeping this in mind.
