sorry if this took awhile, i just dont have enough examples i want to show in the different types of commission.

because there's alot of info i packed in this commission info, ill try to be as accommodating as  possible, so please bear with me!

before the the t.o.s. here are the things i am able and not able to do.

(i tend to redo my tos since i forgot to add things, ill try to document the dates if i can)

• i accept usd in paypal only.

• i accept full payment beforehand. please do not commission if unable to.

• commission will start after confirmation that i receive the payment.

• please credit me (my credits are usually added along in email).

• please do not draw over my art. (unless adding watermarks)

• please do not add my art to any nft or ai related things.

• please do not ask another version of the commission unless i am the one offering. (ex. a happy and blushing) sorry, it kinda fucks my pricing abit.

• all commissions are for personal use, if commercial use the fee is 3x its original price if its a commission, 4x fee if its a custom design for commercial.

• i have the right to decline any commission.

• you as the buyer agree when commissioning me are not allowed to cancel/refund any commission (with exceptions).

• refunds only occur when i am the one cancelling the commission. it depends on how much work i put in to. (percentage will refer, how much refund will return to you) if the commission is on the sketch phase (90%), line art (75%-50%), flat colors (50%-30%), and final/shading phase(25%-0%)

• refunds will not occur if you will be the one cancelling.

• please understand that i do not work on a deadline. i work as long as i physically can. so feel free to ask updates if necessary (please contact atleast 3days- week, if no updates shown to you in the allotted time).

fill out forms

before the fill out forms here are things to keep in mind when commissioning me.

how i will send in a wip (work in progress) shots, ill be sending the ff:

 sketch - its gonna be messy. but the main purpose is to see, you the one whom buying likes the expression and/or the pose. please do not mind the how things are, like things not suppose to be there in the final product and such.

 lineart- main purpose is to point out things of your character that i might have forgotten to add or just put things wrongly, so let me know, no pose changes at this point.

 flat colors- this is just as its name suggest the flat colors of the commission. point out things that are wrong. if possible no more detail changes. if the commission is small( ex. chibi icon) this section is merged with lineart phase

  (i wont be sending a wip, unless its a progress shot) shading phase would be somewhat a final stage of the work.

fill out form.

please proceed to send a dm(note/chat) for the commission request, for faster and easier updates we can msg though discord.(tag: Sylvie#5692)  please notify first before sending a dm request there so i can know.

its not really mandatory to fill up the forms, but would help fasten the process so that we do not have to wait for each others' responses, because i wil ask stuff times at random, pretty much need confirmation at all times.
