-the auction will end 48hrs after the first bid, and as a snipe guard there will be an addition of 1hr every bid after sb ( if it is a solo bab then its 24hrs instead)

-(if solo bab then) if no bid is present after 3days, itll turn into a set price adopt and the price will be my own decision

-do not bid unless you have the money available

- you have 24hrs to pay until i give it to the other person whom are willing to pay

-no holds unless payment plan (you must have substantial downpayment and if the bid exceed 200$)

-Can trade, gift, redesign, or resell

-do not ever sell my adopts as a nft(non fungable tokens) nor add my stuff to ai

-please do resell it in the same price/currency as bought unless there are commissioned art

-Must pay within 24hrs

-Non commercial use unless bought

-i do not do refunds-Fake bidding will be blacklisted (this includes backing out and ghosting) will be tolerant if your reasoning is reasonable but will be hesitant when you purchase stuff from me from that point

-Will send files through th, stash or email

-I am ok if you are drawing over my art aslong as if your adding it to a cs if not then dont do that.

-if you have corrections regarding the adopts color palette, you are free to do it yourself with permission.

- "if you plan/decide to turn my adopt into an existing vtuber that you use, it is MANDATORY to buy commercial use fee. (it can be at a later date, but you must have it whenever you use the design)"

-"recolor is free! just ask, i will just ask a non-mandatory tip, aswell as (if its rearding to vtuber) i can recolor the design to fit your vtuber (skin, hair, etc.)"
