A celebration of halloween! Not that we celebrate it so im kinda a lil bit confused but i really like this celebration so i am making a ych commission

Things to note regarding this ych
- the character can be any gender but would prefer pastel/ soft /cutesy designs
- The character cannot be furry (unless its a flat nose anthro)
- the character doesn't need to be a witch (in which case if your character is isn't a witch and/or doesn't have a witch hat, you can just tell me what colors to use that are not outside your character's palette)
- I can change the color inside the pot (the pot color will affect the bubble colors)
- You can ask to remove the smoke lines coming out if the pot if desired
- You can ask to change the color of the following : test tube , that one purple book, the rose inside the skull
- You cannot change the color of the cat, the pot , bat wings and the flame
- Other things that aren't mentioned are most likely cant be change (please just ask questions if needed be)
- I will not add anymore details outside of your character (will not draw anymore than what is presented unless part of your oc)

Rules
- Payment must be upfront
- no holds or payment plan atm 
- I will have the right to decline a character I cannot draw
- This is only for personal use
- By commissioning me please have a ready reference for me to use (this is not a custom commission)
- If the character has too much details , i am allowed to remove some
- I will take a week to a month to finish this commission
- I will try to update you as much as i can, but if i seem silent please poke me atleast once a week
- I will only do 3 redos
- Please pick one character only and not change your mind later
- No refunds
- Please reply within 24hrs if you dont i will immediately, i will pick the second highest bidder and will not poke you and wait again for your reply.
- The bidding ends after 48hrs after the last bid (1hr snipe guard)
