As we all know...standard tuning is very comfortable...and safe. But continual and repetitive behaviours regarding standard tuning could be holding you back from advancing to that coveted skill level on guitar.
First steps...before you go to bed at night...de-tune your guitar from EADGBE to DADFAD! Sleep on it! If you feel like you need to...tune your guitar back to standard tuning in the morning. Now
