You make so many comics. How do you organize and plan your pages?

I look at my game play notes and my story notes first. Then I write out a rough script for each page so I don't cram too much into each one. Sometimes I end up skipping or adding stuff as I rough the pages to help with the flow. I've done roughs in 2 ways one being directly into the computer the other being sketched out on paper. Whether it's in my sketch book or on printer paper. I find having a paper rough is a easier for some reason. Once everything is finalized I scan them in and start arranging them on my page template, saving each one as their respective page number so they don't get lost among the files. Then I just start plugging away at them. If a complex interior back ground is needed I build it in SketchUp and export the images that I need for any of the panels.
