They never stayed in one place for long, despite the loud protests of the newest member of the small family. Little Weasel still fussed as Leaf carried her through the tall grass, Lion trailing beside her. Lion didn't fully understand why they were leaving the twolegs either, but they focused instead of talking to the younger kit about the places they likely were going to instead. Besides, it was good that Leaf was carrying her. Lion doubted that Weasel's short legs would let her keep up.
