OC Profile: Earl Carter

So, a totally 'new' gmd oc. And by 'new,' I mean I haven't drawn him here on DA. This little guy already has his own fic on AO3, "Ther Forger." 

"Freckles" here is a very young lad, getting into Ratigan's crew after hearing of a few strands of rumors of the Professor's survival after the Jubilee... and I'm just gonna leave it at that on here. He's not a big oc, and he was pretty much made for the fic as a sort of 'unimportant' figure to get to explore parts of the criminal underbelly of Victorian 'Mousedom.' 

Which, when thinking about how to write Ratigan's henchmen, is pretty interesting.
