Pandacap overview
I've written up a document that describes Pandacap, the web app I use to post art and follow people, at https://lakora.us/pandacap/. There are some screenshots in there too.
It's really specific to my own use case (it's tied to Azure, doesn't have any discoverability features, and the reply function doesn't even support rich text) and I keep changing things, so it's not likely to be *directly* useful to someone else. But I'd love it if there were other independent social media platforms that adopted this paradigm instead of just copying everything Twitter did 10 years ago.
Pixelfed
I know Pixelfed is made for photo sharing but it's also a perfectly competent place to post artwork (better than Bluesky or Mastodon, IMO). You can add your posts to collections, and you can look someone up and see the posts that they dropped a like on.
Plus you can follow Mastodon users, and vice versa (and also follow me @lizard-socks@pandacap.azurewebsites.net)
